Cloud Packs offer flexible, one-time purchases of additional cloud resources, enabling you to extend your plan’s capabilities without upgrading your subscription. With our intuitive dashboard, you'll easily track your usage, and as you approach your plan's limits, we’ll notify you, giving you the option to purchase Cloud Packs to avoid any interruptions. Cloud Packs will be valid for one year.
Cloud Packs aren’t available yet, but we will accommodate reasonable overages at no additional cost until they are introduced.

FAQ
While there are no hard rules for the type of games we support, it’s ideal for match-based games of up to 100 players per match. This allows us to scale up and down your servers. On the other hand, MMO-style games typically require a persistent higher resource load, which will likely lead to a custom Enterprise plan.
The cloud system is agnostic, but optimized for the protocols used by Godot (ENet / WebRTC). If you have needs beyond these protocols, please contact us.
We’re preparing to launch Cloud Packs, which will allow you to increase your usage without upgrading your entire plan. Until these packs are available, we’ll allow for reasonable overages and will contact you if your usage significantly exceeds your limits.
Once Cloud Packs are live, if you exceed your plan’s limits without purchasing additional resources, the system will suspend service. However, we will send multiple notifications well in advance to help you manage your resources and prevent any disruptions.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier when you need more resources. However, please note that tier upgrades require a transition period, typically around two weeks, to ensure a smooth migration of your systems with minimal downtime.
No, there won’t be any extra charges for overages before the launch of Cloud Packs. We’ll provide complimentary extensions to cover additional resource usage, so you can continue using W4 Cloud without interruptions until the Cloud Packs are available.
The Dev tier is ideal for testing and development phases, providing the resources you need while building your game. The Indie tier suits smaller-scale games ready for release, offering more capacity for live operations. For larger projects with a broader audience, the Studio tier delivers the performance and scalability required to handle growing user bases. Finally, the Enterprise tier is designed for games with massive player numbers or those with specialized requirements, ensuring the highest level of support and infrastructure.

Premium support refers to an enhanced level of customer service and technical assistance offered beyond the standard support included with the Software purchase. The support targets, but does not guarantee, prioritized response times, access to specialized technical experts, and personalized assistance tailored to the licensee’s specific needs.

With “Standard”, you can submit a bug and it will be prioritized by our product team, taking into account multiple factors which generally involve criticality, frequency, and solution complexity. With “Expedited”, the bug gets moved higher up the chain in our issue support procedures, which means we’ll generally get to it more quickly. We allocate a percentage of our team’s time to solve expedited bugs every sprint.
We may make changes to our pricing plan in the future, but any changes will be based on our philosophy of providing products and services that create value for developers and our mission of facilitating video game development.
