W4 Games are proud to announce a partnership with Gotcha Gotcha Games to bring W4 Games products alongside Godot Engine to Tokyo Games Show (TGS) 2024.

The event starting tomorrow (26th - 29th September) will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba prefecture near Tokyo.  Now in its 28th year, TGS is the premier annual video game trade fair held in Japan.

Gotcha Gotcha Games Company, part of the KADOKAWA Corporation, will be showcasing their line of products including Action Game Maker which was built from the ground-up in Godot Engine.

W4's joint CEO, Juan Linietsky said, “The democratization of video game development is an important topic for W4 Games and we’re looking-forward to observing how Action Game Maker brings the power of Godot Engine to a whole new market of game designers.“

The arrangement will also provide a showcase for Godot Engine, including some game examples and a demo of the engine tools, and will promote W4's new line of developer products such as W4 Consoles, W4 Cloud and the recently announced W4 Build for the first time in Asia.

"Japan is the home of such incredible video game creativity and we’re excited to take part in empowering the next generation", added CEO Linietsky.

If you're visiting TGS, you'll find Gotcha Gotcha Games in The Indie Games Area (Hall 9), area 09-W50.
